Food delis of different shapes, softness, and weights are difficult to handle by machines, and unlike the car industry, automation in the food industry has been considered difficult. In an attempt to increase productivity in the midst of a labor shortage in Japan, a startup is helping to solve the problem. Connected Robotics Tetsuya Sawanobori, president/founder, says he created an automated food robot to alleviate workers from the excruciating work in the food industry.
